RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your sleep experience with DROWZN™.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, heavily used or damaged pillows may not be eligible for return unless faulty or defective.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside of the United States may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
